Product description

The IM machine series was born in response to today's manufacturing, characterized by increasingly geometric part tolerances, part and component complexity and faster production times within the industry. With a patented design and four spindles working from below, this high-speed inverted machining center sets a new standard for 5-axis machining. It also features multi-spindle for higher productivity and lower overall manufacturing costs.

The IM-2 QUADRI is a great solution for small and complex high-volume parts for greater efficiency and productivity. Its extremely short cutting times make it ideal for those industries characterized by their need for high volumes, fast lead times and high complexity. Its cast iron base around the frame makes the machine extremely rigid, allowing the tool to work with extreme precision. Inverted machining facilitates chip evacuation with lower coolant consumption. Stability, together with the excellent optimized chip handling system, translates into higher performance.
