Product description
The FlexiMill is a six-axis, high-speed horizontal machining center. It offers excellent process improvement opportunities for industries where multiple machining processes are required. Instead of requiring multiple machining operations, fixtures are changed automatically.
The full customization potential makes FlexiMill a good manufacturing solution for many aluminum and composite machining related industries. It accommodates components up to 395" (10,000 mm) in length and 90" (2200 mm) chord height. The FlexiMill is mounted on a cast iron base that makes the machine mobile, requires a relatively simple base and less space than competitive platforms. It can be installed with a simple open machine cover or with a full enclosure.
