The RigiMill MG is a high-performance CNC Machining Center engineered for maximum productivity in the aerospace and hard metals industries. It delivers industry-leading burr removal rates, reaching up to 1,200 in³/min (19.7 L/min) in aluminum and 55 in³/min (0.9 L/min) in titanium. Its high-speed moving bridge design and monoblock cast iron structure ensure superior precision, rigidity, and machining quality, enabling both roughing and finishing operations on a single machine. Configurable to customer requirements and available with an automatic pallet system up to 24 m, it is the ideal CNC Machining Center for long-part machining.
