Product description
Okuma's MCR-BV Double Column Machining Center offers high accuracy precision for the large-part machining market. By using a high torque, high output integral motor and spindle, cycle times are dramatically shortened due to powerful cutting. An expanded work envelope and a high-rigidity table that is 30% thicker than the previous model ensures that this table can withstand the weight of large workpieces and high cutting forces. Featuring a powerful, rigid spindle head and the ability to utilize abundant attachment heads, the MCR-BV offers a wide range of multitasking machining capabilities. A fast ATC and a smaller and faster AAC allow the MCR-BV to handle everything from heavy cutting to high-accuracy finishing of die/mold jobs and large, complex parts.
