The 2SP-V760EX Twin-Spindle Vertical Lathe increases productivity by providing stable machining of thin and irregularly shaped parts. With a maximum turning diameter of 29.92 inches and a maximum turning height of 30.31 inches, this machine is capable of powerful, heavy-duty cuts, while the vertical orientation is the ideal platform for processing thin-walled parts without distortion.
The milling function adds flexibility to handle a wide range of parts. The box-type base and column form a highly reliable and rigid structure, and the head with flange construction minimizes the effects of thermal deformation and vibration, ensuring stable and precise cuts. The base is designed for smooth chip flow, and the optional chip conveyor can be positioned for side or rear removal, depending on shop requirements. The ergonomic design includes easy access to the chuck and a front operation panel convenient for close work, in addition to the rotating pendant operation panel.
