Product description

Okuma's V40R Vertical Lathe increases productivity by providing stable machining of thin and irregularly shaped parts. The box-type base and column form a highly reliable and rigid structure, and the head with flange construction minimizes the effects of thermal deformation and vibration, ensuring stable and precise cuts.
The base is designed for smooth burr flow, and the optional burr conveyor can be positioned for side or rear removal, depending on shop requirements. The ergonomic design includes easy access to the chuck and a front operation panel that is convenient for close work, in addition to the rotating pendant operation panel.
