From September 14 to 19, 2026, Chicago will become the meeting point for global manufacturing with IMTS 2026, one of the most important events in the metalworking industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At this year\u2019s event, HEMAQ will showcase solutions from four leading brands in its technology portfolio: OKUMA, MODIG, JINGDIAO, and UNISIG. Each brand brings specialized capabilities to address different production challenges, from automation and high-performance machining to precision applications and deep-hole drilling. Automation will also play a major role, with equipment such as the MB-5000HII<\/strong>, paired with a Tower Pallet Changer, and the MS-320H four-axis horizontal machining center<\/strong>, equipped with a Robot Loader. These solutions will demonstrate how manufacturers can extend production hours while reducing operator intervention.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

OKUMA\u2019s concept is clear: Automation for All<\/strong>\u2014a commitment to making automation accessible not only to large-scale production plants, but also adaptable to different levels of operation and specific production needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The machine integrates milling, grinding, drilling, boring, and tapping operations, with machining accuracy ranging from 2 to 10 <\/strong>\u03bc<\/strong>m<\/strong> and a spindle speed of up to 20,000 rpm<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The experience will be complemented by SurfMill<\/strong>, JINGDIAO\u2019s CAD\/CAM platform, along with a display of more than 100 machined parts, demonstrating how machine, software, and measurement can work together as a single system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
